All of the ministries, programs and activities of MT are under the leadership and administration of our Ministry Board. This model of Church Administration is designed to facilitate, resource and equip all our ministries with an emphasis on lay leadership. The framework is comprised of the four essential components of Church function that assure the accomplishment of our Mission: (to glorify God by helping spiritually seeking people develop an intimate relationship with Jesus Christ.) Outreach The Director of Outreach ensures that our gift-oriented ministries are used as opportunities for outreach that meet the current and emerging physical and spiritual needs of the surrounding community. This portfolio oversees ministries such as Worship, Ushers and Greeters, Senior and YP Music Ministries, Evangelism, Celebrate Recovery program, Family Services and Overseas Missions. Discipleship The Director of Discipleship ensures that programs and resources are available to every member of the Corps family so that everyone has opportunity to begin and strengthen a meaningful walk with God. The Director of Discipleship gives lay leadership to all discipleship programs, including: Sunday School and Youth Ministries, Feast Night, Women's and Men's Ministries, Recruits/Soldiers classes, and Newcomers/New Believers classes. Pastoral Care The Director of Pastoral Care ensures the provision of ongoing pastoral care so that the current and emerging needs of every member of the Corps family are met. This Director heads up our Pastoral Care Committee, our Shepherding Ministry, our Small Groups, our Prayer Chains, Community Care Ministry and our Stephen Ministry. Stewardship The Director of Stewardship ensures efficient stewardship of all Corps resources so that our collective ministries are efficient and sustainable. Within the scope of this Director's leadership, we find the Finance/Property Committee, completion of budgets, fundraising, legal matters, Planned Giving and special projects.
