Anger Management is an 8-week course designed to assist the participant to take 100% responsibility for their own actions, words, feelings and thoughts. The course includes video teachings, interactive discussions, guest speakers, a student workbook and student log.

Subjects that are taught include: Rational Emotive Behaviour Therapys, RETHINK ( Recognize, Empathize, Think, Hear, Integrate, Notice, and Keep), Anger Styles, and Domestic Violence.

Upon completion of the course every student receives a certificate of completion for their participation in the course.

I find since I started the Anger Management course, I really think before I act. I find I'm more in control of my anger, thinking with my head instead of my mouth opening first and then whatever my anger would make me do next. It also keeps me out of trouble, and I feel better about myself. I'm sure my family and friends feel more at ease around me, I know if I were them I would. It was about the 5th week into the course that it really hit me, it's really working. I'm really starting to understand who I am and what I was doing or not doing.
